Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria, which include educational qualification, age limit, and substantial work experience, must be fulfilled as of the cut-off date, November 1, 2025.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a Graduation in any discipline from a University/Institution recognized by the Govt. of India/AICTE. A Post Graduate Diploma or MBA in any discipline is generally preferred.

In addition to the educational qualification, all positions require significant post-qualification work experience. For example, the Area Receivables Manager post requires a minimum of 6 years of cumulative experience in the financial industry, with at least 3 years of experience in managing debt collection/recovery/portfolio management.

Age Limit

The age limit varies by post. For the most numerous post, Area Receivables Manager, the age limit is a minimum of 26 years and a maximum of 38 years. For the AVP-II-Zonal Receivables Manager, the age limit is a minimum of 35 years and a maximum of 52 years.

BOB Receivables Management Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

The selection process for the Bank of Baroda Receivables Management positions includes:
