SJVN Apprentice Selection Process 2025
The selection is purely merit-based. There will be no written test or interview.
Merit List Formation: A merit list will be prepared by assigning the following weightage to academic marks:
- For Graduate Apprentices: 20% weightage to 10th marks, 20% weightage to 12th/Diploma marks (whichever is higher), and 60% weightage to Engineering degree aggregate marks.
- For Diploma Apprentices: 30% weightage to 10th marks and 70% weightage to Diploma aggregate marks.
- For ITI Apprentices: 30% weightage to 10th marks and 70% weightage to ITI marks.
- Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on the merit list.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must produce all original certificates and a medical fitness certificate.
- Final Selection: Offers for apprenticeship training will be issued based on merit and verification.
