IOCL NR Pipeline Division Apprentice Selection Process 2025-26
The selection is merit-based. There will be no written test or interview.
- Merit List: A merit list will be prepared for each discipline based on the percentage of marks in the prescribed qualifying examination.
- Tie-Breaker: In case of a tie, the candidate older in age (earlier date of birth) will be preferred. If the DOB is also the same, higher marks in Matriculation will be considered.
- Document Verification & Medical: Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and must clear a pre-engagement medical fitness test.
- Final Offer: Candidates who successfully clear both stages will receive an engagement offer for apprenticeship training.
IOCL NR Pipeline Division Apprentice Stipend 2025-26
Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend as per the Apprentices Act, along with an additional ₹2500/- as miscellaneous expenses.
- Graduate Apprentice: ₹4500 (from BOAT via DBT) + Balance (from IOCL) + ₹2500
- Technician Apprentice: ₹4000 (from BOAT via DBT) + Balance (from IOCL) + ₹2500
- Trade Apprentice: Full stipend paid by IOCL + ₹2500
Important: Candidates must have an Aadhaar-seeded, DBT-enabled bank account to receive the Government’s share of the stipend from BOAT.
