Steps to Apply for HCL Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2026
Candidates must follow these steps to complete their application:
Stage 1: Registration on Portals
- Register at Rozgar Mela: Interested candidates must appear and register in person at the designated Rozgar Mela venue on 4th February 2026.
- Register on NAPS Portal: Simultaneously, candidates are required to register themselves on the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) web portal (https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in) and get their profile approved in advance.
Stage 2: Document Preparation & Verification
- Ensure you have all original and photocopies of required documents for verification at the Rozgar Mela.

Selection Process for HCL Trade Apprentice 2026
The selection of candidates will be strictly merit-based:
Merit List Preparation: Merit will be calculated as follows:
- For Trades requiring ITI: 70% weightage to 10th marks and 30% weightage to ITI marks.
- For Trades not requiring ITI (Blaster & Driver Cum Mechanic): 100% weightage to 10th marks.
Tie-breaker: In case of equal marks, the older candidate will be given preference.
Medical Fitness: Final engagement is subject to the candidate being declared medically fit as per HCL standards.
