MACS-Agharkar Research Institute ARI Pune Scientist Selection Process 2026
The final selection of the candidates will be based on shortlisting and personal interview.
Shortlisting
If the number of applications is large, the Institute may restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview through a shortlisting process. This will be based on a well-defined criterion which may include possessing desirable qualifications and/or experience more than that prescribed, and/or qualifications/experience in a particular field.
Interview
Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview. Outstation candidates called for the interview will be paid to and from second class rail/sleeper class rail fare by the shortest route.
Final Merit List
A reserve panel of candidates in order of merit will be prepared from the candidates called for interview which will remain valid for a period of one year from the date of interview.
