Age Limit
- Maximum age: 47 years as on 22.01.2026.
- No age limit for ICAR employees.
Essential Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Agricultural Sciences or relevant basic sciences.
- 8 years of experience as a Scientist/Lecturer/Extension Specialist OR
8 years of high-quality postdoctoral research with at least 6 publications in NAAS-rated journals (7.5+).
Desirable Experience
- Experience in frontline extension, coordination, and monitoring of extension programmes.
- For the Uttarakashi post, experience in hilly areas and horticultural extension is desirable.
